COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Santec Automation TM2000-021/2-A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Augat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asea parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Iai product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Augat such as the X8170MB475081 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the YT204001AA manufactured by Asea and we are pleased to be able to service most Asea systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XSELP3400IB400IB400IBN1N1EE23 by Manufacturer Iai as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Koyo Brand TRDN360R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Zumbach-Electronic such as USYS100 equipment made by Zumbach-Electronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Zumbach-Electronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Zumbach-Electronic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available UNI2403R made by Control-Techniques as well as the popular 156A10CB3 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TT251N16KOF by Eupec and USYS100 spares by Zumbach-Electronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TSX7 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique. |
